Then join Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) within our global Grundfos organization. In this central role, you participate in the regional operational leadership team as well as the AME leadership team. You are accountable on behalf of AME in the region, while ensuring that regional needs are effectively understood, addressed and served. You will be located close to one of our main manufacturing sites and collaborate closely with the engineering managers in our production companies in the region. You refer to the head of AME, Jacob Dirks.

As AME responsible, you ensure that we have a competitive and robust production, and you manage key technologies and secure the increased utilisation of the manufacturing base. Moreover, you ensure long- and short-term investment planning and execution in the region.
Your main responsibilities include identifying key and core technologies in alignment with regional needs. You will ensure effective manufacturing engineering and implementation of standards. In extension hereof, you map and utilise regional knowledge centres and universities and contribute to the fulfilment of regional and plant KPIs regarding capacity utilisation, process improvement, cost out and successful integration.
“In this role, you proactively address issues within Manufacturing Engineering in the region. As AMEs representative in the Monthly Operation Reviews in the regional plants, you participate in the further globalisation of AME, e.g. by helping facilitate global and regional synergies. Your aim is to secure competitive capabilities in the region,” Jacob Dirks says.
You have a background in engineering combined with several years of leadership experience. Experience from different technical disciplines and functions is considered a strength.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. 10+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment with people leadership experience preferably leading through a network of indirect reports.
